IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Adult sessions are an hour long and not intended for young children (babies or toddlers). ONLY quiet, nursing infants are allowed to be with parents in the adult sessions.  No strollers will be allowed in workshop classrooms, and parents with noisy infants will be expected to step outside the classroom to quiet their child.  A “Mother’s Room” is available off of the main auditorium, where parents can listen to the workshop or keynote being given while tending to their baby’s needs.

Heritage Christian Childcare is pleased to provide a team of experienced caregivers who will share God's love with your little ones as they minister to their physical needs in the safe, colourful and well-equipped nursery facilities of KCC.

In order to accommodate parents wanting to attend workshops, a schedule has been set up around the adult workshop schedule.  Please note that you must “book” a time slot according to the schedule below.  You may book as many time slots as you require each day, while spaces last.

As there is a strict 3 children to 1 adult ratio in the nursery, we ask that you be prompt in picking up your children once their nursery slot is finished.  This will allow the parents who have paid for the next slot to drop-off their child.

FEES:

• $10 per slot.
• $30 when you book all 4 slots in a single day (all-day nursery care).

To register, indicate on your main registration form that you are interested in nursery care.  You will be contacted by the Nursery coordinator as to available slots.  Arrangements will be made by email or telephone. 

Payment is due when email or telephone confirmation is given that your spots have been reserved.  You may not use PO numbers to pay for nursery care.

      No refunds after April 9th, 2010.

Nursery spaces are limited, so book early to guarantee your spots.  Any remaining slots will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis on the weekend of the convention.
